Know Your Nodes is a youth-focused awareness campaign created by Lymphoma Out Loud (LOL) — a registered UK charity dedicated to educating young people aged 16–35 about lymphoma, the most common cancer in teenagers and young adults in the UK.

The Know Your Nodes campaign is designed to relate to a younger demographic by referencing a regular routine to normalise checking your lymph nodes. This project has drawn on things such as the TikTok trend, “the everything shower”, as well as making use of word play to communicate these messages.
The language used throughout has been deliberately chosen to be informative, encouraging and normalising which lessens the impersonal, clinical effect that health campaigns sometimes carry.
